I have lived in Central Florida for 17 years and am happy to call it home.  There have been LOTS of changes since we moved here, but the area still remains a wonderful place to live and raise a family.  My husband and I have bought and sold many homes as our lives took us to Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Illinois and California.  So becoming a realtor  seemed like a perfect fit for me.

You may think that this is not the best time to be in real estate.   And you would be right in some ways.  We are no longer in the days of “show a house, write a contract and everyone is happy.”  Things are a lot more complicated now … short sales, foreclosures, loan modifications are household words.  But in a lot of other ways, it’s a great time to be in real estate if helping people is your goal.  And that would be my speciality.
